No Hidden Costs
Hotels
We include all taxes, service charges and even private taxi transfers (as opposed to shared minibus) in our hotel costs on the website.
Villas
Because villa costs are far more variable depending on the number of people occupying it, we quote the villa rental price only on the website. The tax rate is indicated on our website (if applicable) and will be included in any verbal or written quote following your enquiry. We can also advise costs including transfers and arrival provisions.
Your Financial Security
Finally, please be assured that you are 100% financially protected when you book your holiday through the Prestbury Travel Group, unlike many Internet operators, who offer little or no financial protection.
If you book accommodation and flights with us, your holiday will be protected by ATOL, since we hold an Air Travel Operators License number 3468. Accommodation only holidays are financially protected by our ABTA bond (number V441X). Many Internet only companies do not have any bonding and you risk losing the entire cost of your holiday.
